Avoid contact with water, chemicals and high temperature environment, put it in a dry and cool place when not wearing, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth.

Immediately use a clean dry towel to gently absorb the water, and then place the bracelet in a cool and ventilated place to dry naturally, never expose to the sun or use a hair dryer to dry it, so as not to dry the bracelet. After drying, observe whether there is any peculiar smell or deformation, if there is any abnormality, contact us in time.

Occasionally, a short period of contact with a small amount of water, timely treatment has little impact. However, long-term and frequent this will accelerate the aging and damage of the bracelet, so it is recommended to develop the habit of wearing and taking it off to protect the bracelet.

Heavy sweating has an effect on the bracelet, and the sweat contains salt and other components, which will corrode the bracelet. It is recommended to remove it when you sweat a lot, wipe it with a dry cloth, put it in a ventilated place, and put it back on after drying.

Under normal wear and preservation, the natural medicinal fragrance of the bracelet can last for 3-6 months. After the fragrance fades, you can store the bracelet in a sealed bag for a few days, or gently rub it with your hands to restore the fragrance to a certain extent.

If you need to modify the order information, such as delivery address, product size, etc., please contact our customer service team by email within 24 hours after placing the order. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it may not be able to be modified.

Exchanging bracelets is possible. You have 30 calendar days (starting from the day you receive the item) to return the bracelet(s) for an exchange. Also, the bracelet must not show any signs of usage, and the tag needs to be attached. As soon as your package has been delivered to our facility, we will inform you about its arrival and process the exchange by charging/refunding you the price difference (incl. a $15 USD restocking fee).
